Otto Monitor (the 'Company') establishes and publishes this Privacy Policy pursuant to Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act to protect data subjects' personal information and promptly and effectively handle related complaints.
Article 1 (Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information)
The Company processes personal information for the following purpose. The personal information being processed will not be used for any purpose other than the following. If the purpose of use changes, the Company will take necessary measures, such as obtaining separate consent in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.
- Handling website inquiries: verifying the identity of the person making the inquiry, reviewing the inquiry, contacting or notifying the person for fact-finding, and communicating the outcome
Article 2 (Personal Information Collected)
The Company collects the following personal information to receive and respond to website inquiries.
- Information collected: company name, sender's name, contact number, email address, and inquiry details
Article 3 (Processing and Retention Period)
The Company processes and retains personal information within the retention and use period prescribed by law or agreed to by the data subject when the personal information is collected.
- Retention and use period: six months from collection (destroyed without delay after six months)
Article 4 (Procedure and Method for Destroying Personal Information)
The Company destroys personal information without delay when it is no longer needed, including when the retention period expires or the processing purpose has been fulfilled.
- Destruction procedure: collected information is destroyed in accordance with internal policies and other applicable laws after its purpose has been fulfilled (after six months).
- Destruction method: personal information recorded and stored as electronic files is permanently deleted so that the records cannot be recovered or reproduced.
Article 5 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
The Company processes personal information only within the scope specified in Article 1 (Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information) and does not currently provide personal information to external parties (third parties) without the data subject's consent.
Article 6 (Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing)
The Company outsources personal information processing as follows to ensure efficient operations. When entering into an outsourcing agreement, the Company supervises the service provider's secure processing of personal information in accordance with applicable laws.

Article 7 (Measures to Safeguard Personal Information)
The Company takes the following measures to safeguard personal information.
- Administrative measures: limiting the number of personnel who handle personal information and providing employees with regular personal information protection training.
- Technical measures: using an SSL-secured server on the website to transmit personal information securely over the network, installing antivirus software on computers to prevent leaks caused by hacking or computer viruses, and regularly updating and inspecting the software.
Article 8 (Automatic Personal Information Collection Technologies and Opt-Out)
The Company does not install or operate cookies or other automatic personal information collection technologies that store and periodically retrieve data subjects' usage information.
Article 9 (Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects and Legal Representatives and How to Exercise Them)
Data subjects may exercise their rights at any time by requesting access to, correction or deletion of, or suspension of processing of their personal information. These rights may be exercised by contacting the Company by phone or email, and the Company will respond without delay.
